Studymix offers nationally recognised qualifications in hospitality and tourism. Queensland Government subsidised training is available only for eligible students in SIT30622 Certificate III in Hospitality. All other qualifications are fee-for-service.

The SIT30622 Certificate III in Hospitality is designed for people who want to start or grow a career in the hospitality industry. Students develop practical skills in customer service, hospitality operations, safe work practices, food and beverage service, coffee service, alcohol service and gaming service, depending on the course structure and selected training pathway.
This qualification can support employment in restaurants, cafés, bars, hotels, motels, clubs, pubs, catering operations and coffee shops.

An entry-level hospitality qualification for people wanting to build practical skills for work in cafés, restaurants, hotels, clubs, pubs, catering businesses and coffee shops. Designed for people completing routine hospitality tasks under direct supervision.

Certificate III in Guiding
Designed for people who want to work as guides in tourism, attractions, cultural and heritage sites, tourist precincts, marine and national parks, wineries, cruise operations or other visitor experience settings.

Diploma of Hospitality Management
Designed for people wanting to move into hospitality management roles. Students develop skills in leadership, customer service, budgeting, rostering, legal compliance, workplace operations and team management.
